Orson Scott Card is most well-known as the author of the award-winning novel Ender’s Game, published in 1985. Also as the author of multiple homophobic essays outlining how he thinks gay people ought to be mistreated and as the LDS representative on the board of directors of NOM. There's another blog post to be written someday on how, over the years, his bigoted views have managed to destroy my enjoyment of his writing, though I was a fan of his SF for 20 years or so.

I haven’t found anything more recent than Jan. 2008 articles about a game due in 2010, so one has to wonder if it’s gone south. It’s called Ender’s Game: Battle Room. I remember reading *somewhere* OSC saying that he had been a video game junkie and would have produced more literary works but for video games.

William–Me too! If they could somehow produce a set of games faithful to the original set of games in the book, I would happily buy a copy and recommend it to everyone I meet.
